Westfields all set for second half of season

WESTFIELDS ALL SET FOR SECOND HALF OF SEASON

Westfields will return to action this week after a run of 7 consecutive postponed matches due to snow, ice and frozen pitches having wiped out Non-League soccer over the recent weeks.

Westfields’ next 5 games are all at allpay.park and new signing Richard Kear is all set to link up with his former Cinderford Town strike partner Daryl Addis on Tuesday night when Westfields are at home to Shifnal Town, kick-off 7.45pm, then on Saturday next Westfields are at home to old rivals Cradley Town, 3pm at allpay.park, then the following Tuesday will play host to Hinton in the semi final of the HFA County Senior Challenge Cup again at allpay.park then follow up with their 5th home game on the last Saturday in the month with a visit of high flying Coventry Sphinx.  “ We have a very busy schedule ahead of us now but with the next 5 games all at home we have a great chance to get some points on the board and make a move up the table for a top six challenge” said Andy Morris, Westfields’ Chief Executive.
