Could it be a mauling for Rugby in FA Cup?

Westfields play Rugby Town this Saturday, I have caught up with Manager Sean Edwards who gives us his views on Saturdays game and the lads run of form.

Sean said, “Saturday brings us a break from the league where we have had an indifferent start having won 3 and lost 2. In general I have been pleased with our start but its early days, we must continue to develop as a team to keep clean sheets and be more clinical in our decision making around the box if we are to stay in touch with the early leaders. The FA Cup brings a new challenge as we face Rugby Town who play in a league where ultimately Westfields feel we could compete having been denied promotion for 2 seasons when finishing runners up in the MFA”

Sean also added “I’m sure the players realise this is going to be a good test against a team we haven’t faced before, who like us have had an indifferent start, it’s the FA Cup so anything could happen, lets hope we get a bit of luck on the day as it would be great to get into the next round”

Sean was being interviewed by Rhys Williams.
