WESTFIELDS SNAP UP FOUR

Westfields’ players reported back to allpay.park on Sunday for pre-season training and manager Sean Edwards unveiled four new pre-season signings with former Pegasus trio Jamie Cuss, Anthony Robbins and Lee Ferneyhough all joining Westfields along with ex Wellington midfield man Mike Craig.

Anthony Robbins will be a great addition to the Westfields’ squad as he, along with Jamie Cuss and Ferneyhough, were members of the Pegasus squad who enjoyed their epic FA Cup run last season.  Craig joins Westfields from Wellington.  “All four players are well known to me and I am delighted they have signed for us.  They will all add strength to our squad and will be a vital part of our playing squad this season.  I am still talking to a left back and a left winger and I hope to bring those two players to the club in the next few days” said Sean Edwards, the Westfields’ manager.
