Westfields Football Club

Our Club

Westfields Football Club is an FA Charter Standard Community Club. The FA Charter Standard accreditation is a clear demonstration that the Club is well organised, safe and offers opportunities for all players.

We are one of only a handful of clubs in the area with a pathway and opportunity to progress from mini soccer at Under 7 through to open age football with our first team. We also boast girls teams in the Academy Section, and now have a successful Women’s Team at Westfields FC.

We have FA qualified coaches as standard, we prioritise child welfare and we adhere to FA respect policies and codes of conduct.

Our aim is to firmly establish Westfields FC as the flagship football club in Herefordshire and to be the most respected community club in the West Midlands. It might not mean that our teams win all the trophies, but we firmly believe that if we do things in the right way the results will look after themselves.

Our Mission & Core Values

To provide the best possible football experience for everyone involved with our club regardless of their age, sexuality, gender, ethnic origin or ability. We want to offer facilities and coaching in an atmosphere that is conducive to the personal development of every player in terms of self-discipline, good behaviour and teamwork.

We want to provide all the players at Westfields FC with the maximum opportunity to develop their football knowledge and skills, but also, their personal, social, educational and wider sporting skills to their full potential. The child’s welfare and enjoyment is a priority in all decisions we make.

We aim to have a positive impact on the community we serve, in addition to developing the perseverance and resilience needed to succeed in modern society. All this, through the medium of football. We aim to create a lasting legacy for anyone who comes into contact with our club and for them to develop a lifelong association with the club, whether as players, coaches, officials or supporters.
