Westfields vs Bromyard Town (2026-08-15)

Westfields stormed into the next round of the FA Vase when they hammered visiting Bromyard Town in the first Round Qualifying tie at Allpay.park.by a 7-1 score line.

Westfields were in dominant mood and scored some impressive goals in a match they dominated for long periods.

Westfields opened the scoring in the 15th minute when a free flowing movement ended with overlapping fullback Joe Hunt firing home a great goal from the edge of the penalty area.

This started the floodgates to open as Jamie Clarke then added 2 further goals for Westfields from neat attacking play to give the allpay.park side a 3-0 interval lead.

After the break Jamie Clarke completed his hat trick with a shot on the turn to put Westfields 4-0 ahead before Bromyard Town hit back on the counter attack with a close range Headed goal.

However, substitute Yuri Quintas added two late goals for Westfields before Finn Waller added a 7th goal after great work by man of the match Jamie Clarke who laid on the chance for Waller to score from close range to complete the rout.

Westfields now meet Stone Old Alleynians in the next round on Saturday 12th September kick off 3pm.
