Westfields went through to the next round of the Hellenic Wiseman Floodlit Cup with a nail biting 5-4 penalty shoot out in which Westfields keeper Matt Gwynne produced 3 penalty saves to see Westfields through to the next round with a win over Bromyard Town.

Earlier Westfields had built up a 2-0 second half lead but visitors Bromyard Town hit back with two late second half goals to set up a tense penalty shootout in which Westfields keeper Matt Gwynne proved the cup hero.

Westfields had gone in at the interval 1-0 ahead thank to a great finish from Finn Waller just before half time.

In the second half substitute Jamie Clarke put Westfields 2-0 ahead but Bromyard produced a late finished to score 2 late second half goals and take the game to penalties where Gwynne produced 3 fine saves to ease Westfields' blushes and earn himself the man of the match award, from an end to end game in which Bromyard Town looked vastly improved from Westfields 7-1 FA Vase win earlier in the season.
