Westfields put on a super show for family and friends of the late Jordan Baker, their Reserve team manager who sadly died on Thursday evening, when they beat visiting Mangotsfield United 3-0 in a Hellenic League Premier Division  game at allpay.park.

Westfields also got revenge for the 4-0 drubbing they had away at Mangotsfield earlier in the season and were full value for an all action display.

Westfields took the lead in the 10th minute when live wire Finlay Jones took advantage of a headed back pass by a visiting defender to nip in and beat Ethan Selway in the visitors goal to put Westfields 1–0 ahead.

Selway then produced a brilliant save to deny Westfields winger Orian Reid increasing the lead, but it was not too long before Westfields increased their lead when Dan Bufton put Westfields 2-0 ahead when he tucked away a Fin Jones pass in the 25th minute.

Mangotsfield came back well before the break and Ryan Smallwood produced an acrobatic save to keep out a stinging drive from Kyrese Morrison as Westfields went in at the break 2-0 ahead.

After the interval Mangotsfield came more into the game but Westfields defence were in strong mood with Brandon Jennings in dominant form.

Westfields worked hard and extended their lead when Mo Djalo tucked away a cross to put Westfields into a commanding 3-0 lead.

Manger Dan Moon sent on substitutes Shaw, Hunt and Ahmed and they began to open up the visitors defence but Selway in the Mangotsfield goal was in good form and saved well from Ahmed as Westfields finished the game in command.
